Loin Chop of Alpaca
These are mini T-bone steaks cut from the waist of the alpaca. On one side of the chop is the alpaca loin and on the other side is the tenderloin. These little T-bone or chops are great for grilling or barbecuing.
Grill medium to high heat to medium rare temperature. A little olive oil, thyme, rosemary or sage, salt and pepper. Yummmy!
